• Information we receive about your transactions and experiences with us or our affiliates

We may share any other Consumer and Customer Information, such as information we obtain from a nonaffiliated third party, unless you ask us not to do so. Affiliated companies that may receive this information include Apollo’s insurance affiliates. Our affiliated companies also include nonfinancial service providers who provide services to us and our customers. Unless the information-sharing falls under another exception, you may request that we not share with our affiliates information other than that obtained from our transactions and experiences with you by exercising your right to opt out as further described below in the Opt Out section of this Privacy Policy.
